A rugged four-mile stretch of coast on the south side of the Gower Peninsula in Wales, between the picturesque beaches of Three Cliffs Bay and Pwll Du Bay.
Smirkenorff can be seen flying west along this coastline during the end credits of Series 6 episode 2, starting just to the west of Hunts Bay.
He continues past High Tor...
...before passing Foxhole Bay and flying almost as far as Heatherslade Bay.
