Insult most frequently given by Elita to dungeoneers, the implication being that they were so unpleasant to look at that doing so made her face hurt. On one occasion, a dungeoneer (Sophia from Team 6 of Series 6) told Elita in retort that she was "a faceache too", but that's a matter of opinion. According to the FANSFAQ, Elita insulted someone as a "faceache" 15 times, and almost a third of those were directed at Duncan (Team 8 of Series 5) in a single encounter.
