Latin word for master or lord, used by Brother Mace while talking to dungeoneer Alistair from Team 2 of Series 4. Dominus is the origin of the French word donjon, which in turn is where the word dungeon comes from. Presumably this is because owning a dungeon traditionally indicated dominance (and in some circles probably still does). Dominic Hares, brother of Dickon, also owes his name to the word dominus.

Prior to the Knightmare Convention, Mark Knight set up a Facebook account for his Knightmare character Lord Fear under the name Domini Fear.
