An afro comb appeared as a Level 1 clue object in the second episode of Knightmare. Team 2 of Series 1 were given the hint "she that lies in wait values her appearance", but made the unique mistake of choosing only one item from the table - a block of soap.
Their quest ended in the next room, where Lillith was having a bad hair day and needed the comb they'd left behind. She responded to their offer of soap by crumbling the ledge that dungeoneer Maeve was standing on.
