A small bowl of small pills found by Dickon of Team 6 of Series 4. Having been shrunk by one of the Downers he'd encountered previously, the dungeoneer took an Upper and grew back to his normal size. The Uppers and their bowl grew too, appearing at normal size on the floor after Dickon was restored.

It was rare in Knightmare for a dungeoneer to physically consume an edible item, rather than putting it in the knapsack to restore life force.

Downers and Uppers have been interpreted by some as a reference to drugs, but are more likely to be a reference to the 'DRINK ME'/'EAT ME' moments in Alice Through The Looking Glass.
