One of the characters named in the end credits of several Knightmare Series 6 episodes. While some KM fans feel that this makes it the official spelling of Smirkenorff, other fans feel very deeply that this should not be an issue, due to the overwhelming evidence that, even if it contradicts the Series 6 credits, 'Smirkenorff' is correct. It is therefore strongly recommended to all that 'Smirkenoff' be regarded as an unfortunate typographical error, and nothing more.
