Upon arrival in Level 2, Team 8 of Series 2 encountered a figure that appeared to be Cedric in his customary haunt. It turned out to be Mogdred in disguise. After locking Treguard into a trance, Mogdred bestowed one of his "most awesome spells" upon Stuart: POWER. Mogdred claimed that unlike most quest spells, it could be used multiple times.

Mogdred implied that POWER would bring Stuart success, though this was likely to have been a trick. Since the spell was never cast, we cannot be certain what its effect would have been.
