Not a typing error! Dunsholm is a settlement mentioned in the first Knightmare novella (a.k.a. Can You Beat The Challenge?). It was a flourishing village back when nearby Dunshelm was active as a guardian against invading Scots; but when Treguard and Folly pass through on their way to reclaim Dunshelm from the wrong hands, Dunsholm has been abandoned, with the exception of some semi-feral Highland cattle.

'Dun' refers to a fort; 'holm' refers to fertile riverside land.
