"Tickle", from the Latin "titillandus," is a verb meaning to titillate or disturb, often via brisk hand and finger movements over skin with the object of causing mirth. Although, to be frank, a JOKE spell might work here. It is hardly to be considered an appropriate proper noun.
However, that didn't stop Merlin. When Dickon won the Crown, confirming the first and only team victory in Series 4, Merlin made his very first appearance in the antechamber to reward the team. Due to his apparent memory loss and senility, poor Merlin forgot Pickle's name and ended up congratulating "Tickle"!
