1. XFM
Radio station that began broadcasting to the Greater London area on 104.9FM in the 1990s; now known as XFM London, it is one of a number of stations in the XFM Network. In 2001, it was reported on knightmare.clara.net that Knightmare had been mentioned on XFM the previous year. Further details have not emerged.

On 7th July 2010, there was discussion of Knightmare on The Xfm Breakfast Show with Dave Berry. Its listeners included Matt, a.k.a. Myatt, who later informed the Knightmare.com Forum. Dave Berry explained that, as part of his guest appearance on an upcoming TV programme (Episode 7 of Richard Bacon's Beer And Pizza Club, first shown on ITV4 on November 3rd 2010), he had been asked by Richard Bacon to nominate "the most underrated TV show of all time", and had chosen Knightmare, which led to a clip of Team 4 of Series 4's death being shown. Dave's reflections during his XFM show included his belief that "Simon, sidestep to your left" was a deliberate act of revenge by advisor Andrew, that KM was "only for posh kids" ("Tarquin, be a love, take three steps forward ... there's an orc there. Get the Potion of Endor out..."), and that he'd like to see Knightmare on truth serum, i.e. with the advisor betraying embarrassing behind-the-scenes information. His comment on Treguard was: "Remember that guy? How frightening was he?"

Later in the show, Dave received a message from a listener called Matt who had been in the year below winning dungeoneer Dickon at school.

Finally, Dave revealed that during the filming of Beer And Pizza Club, he was rewarded with the original Helmet of Justice ("just a bucket with some brown foam around it with some horns") and, while wearing it, was guided to a fridge by Jack Osbourne to retrieve beer, during which he "ruined a lot of house plants" due to Jack's poor directions. It turned out that the helmet was merely a replica, and was retained as set dressing for episodes yet to be filmed at that time; and while 'dungeoneering' in it, both Dave and the set escaped unscathed. Dave also reported this experience on his Twitter feed on July 7th, misspelling Knightmare without its K.
