A bowl of pills found by Dickon of Team 6 of Series 4. He only picked up one of the pills (Treguard warned the team not to be greedy), but an image of the entire bowl appeared in the status banner (see below). Consuming a Downer caused the dungeoneer to shrink, such that he was able to proceed through a small door into the next chamber. There, Dickon found a bowl of Uppers that restored him to his original size. The tablets, named as they are, have been interpreted by some as a drugs reference. Possibly inspired by the 'eat me'/'drink me' moments in Alice Through The Looking Glass.
