Who had to rebuild the block and tackle after it kept destroying itself?

I mean, surely it would take ages to rebuild that floor and put the block back in the right place!

Well, it's unlikely to be Weird Ed Alan of Anglia fame.

I would presume that Mogdred simply pressed a button on his Spaceward Supernova compu...er, dungeon...thing, and the blocks reformed themselves. But as a precaution all the blocks were hand numbered by Mogdred's cavernwights, just in case Mogdred's...dungeon thing...breaks down, and you'd have to put them all back together again.
